1. Returns
Returns are managed on a case by case basis, so depending on the circumstances they can take a variable amount of time to process. Upon delivery of a product you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To process the return you will need to send your item back to us with the original packing slip and a note stating that you wish to return them and and optional reason why. If you do not have the original packing slip please include your order number on the note.


2. Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will assess the item to see if it qualifies for return. It should have no signs of damage or use. If the item is eligible for return we will start to process your refund. The refund will be for itself. The cost of shipping will not be included. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to returned orders. In the case of a defective or incorrect item a full refund will be given regardless of its state and the restocking fee will be waived.

3. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable .If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
